Indiana-headquartered Fraley and Schilling Trucking recently stepped up as a good corporate neighbor and donated 500 reusable protective face masks to small businesses in its county.
The masks, which can be used up to 15 times, were expected to be distributed this week.
“We’re really happy to have the opportunity to help local businesses,” executive vice president Ryan Schilling told the local Rushville (Ind.) Republican newspaper. “I know that the masks are difficult to course for a lot of small companies and luckily we were able to come across a surplus and provide them for the community.”
Celebrating its 65th year of operation, Fraley and Schilling operate a network of more than 500 trucks out of five terminals east of the Mississippi – Rushville, Ind. (home); Muscle Shoals, Ala.; Knoxville, Tenn.; Brilliant, Ohio; Orangeburg, S.C.
The Knoxville facility ranked No. 7 among midsize companies in the Knoxville News Sentinel’s Top Workplaces for 2019.
