Rands is looking for company drivers to run out of our facility in Ringtown, PA. Drivers are out up to two weeks with occasional home weekly opportunities. We deliver windows and doors to the East Coast and Midwest, and our drivers assist in unloading the product.

• Average company driver makes $80,000 per year.

• 62 CPM base/starting pay

• +2 CPM touch freight load bonus

• +2 CPM quarterly safety/performance bonus

• $20 per stop after the first stop

• $40 per jobsite

• $16 per hour detention

• $16 per hour breakdown pay after the first hour
