Independent Contractors
- General Pay Structure
- Paid 70% of the gross line haul
- Paid FSC off 100% of the gross (FSC changes weekly)
- We have a 2-week hold on settlements to start
- Paid 70% for most additional fees

- Line haul = $100
- FSC = 25%
- Calculation
- Line haul: 100*70% = $70
- FSC: 100*25% = $25`

- Average Weekly Pay: $4000 gross + FSC
- Total Gross = $4000
- Assumes a 5 day work week.
- Fuel Surcharge: $4000 x 25% Fuel Surcharge = $1000 (Driver Fuel Pay)
- The Fuel Surcharge adjust with the price of fuel. The range for 2023 has been a low of 22.5% and a high of 32%.
- $4000 - 30% = $2800 (After 70/30 Commission Split)

CDL-A Truck Driver Requirements:
- Must have CDL-A
- Minimum age 21
- 1 year verifiable experience within the past 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations or 2 preventable accidents within the last 2 years OR a combination of moving violations and accidents cannot exceed 3 within the last 2 years
- Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen with no prior positive drug or alcohol testing or refusals in a DOT regulated testing program.
